At House of Chikankari, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all domestic orders.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and phone number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Check

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact to be eligible for a successful pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive within 2-3 business days to collect the package from your registered delivery address.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange piece will be processed within 5-7 working days.
